Unlike physical goods, digital content cannot be “returned.” Therefore, all sales are final. We recommend going through the free sample content/demos available on the website/app before making a purchase.
2. Double Payment / Technical Errors In case of a technical glitch where:
- Money was deducted twice for the same transaction.
- Amount was deducted but the course/pass was not activated.
Please do not worry. Send us an email with your Transaction ID and Mobile Number.
- For Double Payment: The extra amount will be refunded to your original payment source within 5-7 business days.
- For Activation Issues: Our team will verify and activate your pass manually within 24 hours.
3. Cancellation Since this is a one-time purchase for a specific validity period (e.g., 6 months/1 year), there is no cancellation option for an ongoing subscription. The access will automatically expire after the validity period ends.
